Prelude: Five basic principals regarding library science and its idles are created by Dr. S.R. Ranganathan, a library scientist are as follows:-
i) Books are for use (e-journal – document, ebook, library automation and digitalized system).
ii) Every reader his/her book.
iii) Every book its reader.
iv) Save the time of the reader.
v) Library is a growing organization for the nation.
To form a medical clinic/charitable dispensary with facilities of x-ray, scan, M.R.I, pathological test etc with special importance/emphasis on treatment of poor patient attacked with dreaded disease particularly Cancer and Thalasemia.
Computer literacy classes with minimum fees.
To provide and promote education to poor students particularly tribal / SC / ST / OBC etc. including setting up of School both primary and secondary in future days.
To form and develop an Old Age Home for the people at large of Burnpur and adjacent areas.
To arrange various social program for extending generous helping hand to various needy students / person of the society particularly serious patients / poor students.

4. Free coaching by retired school teachers or serving school / college teachers / other voluntary persons.

To organize music competition for publicity & Identity of local talent both vocal and instrumental.
To organize musical competition in various stream i.e. Classical , Rabindra sangeet , Nazrul Geeti etc.
To organize recitation competition to encourage school /college going students.
To organize garbage clearance / safai avijan (Swachha Bharat)
To open a Hindi / Urdu library.
To organize spoken English course minimum cost open to all.
To organize a lab for checkup minimum cost of, BPL category, financially weak person in our locality etc.
